Every sailor must have a thorough understanding of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS) and should be able to recognize other vessels, interpret their activities and rights of way. Great App!
This app is based in the Flashcards that have been teaching and testing sailors for years. Nicely updated they are a great way to learn the sailing rules if the road. Nice graphics. I also bought the other card packs in the range. Hopefully they will be out in app form soon.
